Unfortunately I don't know how it was fixed, I connect second GPS and just change COM port number from 4 to 8 and all COM ports appears in selection inside OpenCPN...

No, I not try to share COM port with other software, just use it to check that COM & GPS in working condition one by one, not together.

I run Windows 7 64bit on my laptop. For position input I use Bluetooth GPS. It work nice and provide NMEA to application as VisualGPS & TurboGPS....
