OpenCPN unofficial build steps for Win32 worked fine for me

Thanks a lot !
It was a great pleasure to see it worked fine at first trial !

I used OpenCPN 1.3.4, wxWidgets 2.8.10 and VS2008 (alias VC9) on Vista32 platform.

I put the opencpn.vsproj file...
