It's also worth noting that sea water is an imperfect ground (as most grounds are). For modeling purposes, the ground is generally considered to be a plane about eight feet (if I recall correctly)...

I'm currently delivering a boat with an 803. I like the 802 much better. You won't be giving anything up with an 802.
