Wow, being new I didn't even consider wind and current prevailing directions. I thought wind and current are constantly changing directions. Sounds like it's pretty much a north to south direction...

Great input. Reason to buy on East Coast is to hopefully save some money on the purchase. That's the end of that story. However, it just seems odd to me that everyone seems to want to cruise up...
