I'd still love to know if anyone has a bit more info on this Schionning...first buyer backed out, came back on market, new offer accepted then seller took boat off of market...

well, the #1 buyer walked away after survey per broker...I was able to put in back up offer but the broker said they had offers over asking...I wasn't going to play a bidding war game...offered...

noticed it in my email about 4 hours after it hit and was already "pending"...have been trying to put in a backup but poor response...doubt buyer would be backing out anyway...but stranger things...

I've got an Edel 35, new standing and running rigging. 200w solar panels not installed along with a good controller. Gas generator included. Monolithic laminate so no core issues. Easily sails into...

well, I have no problems with the 3 separate quarters...esp. for sub & tropical living...might not be ideal for the PNW...actually, I would be pretty happy with the open bridgedeck version too...
