They are local IP addresses. What devices do you have on those addresses? If you don't know what they are you can use something like Nmap (Zenmap) to find out.

Dunno what the problem was Rick but that address doesn't look like a public IP address so not surprised that you can't reach it directly, there is some kind of port forwarding going on I guess.

Well this is the wrong forumn for Android support so if you want OS specific help you will have to do some legwork.

Reverting back to previous versions of OCPN will not make any difference...

That is not a problem. That is a feature.

You have two GPS units so you have two positions. If you want a smooth track you need to use just on GPS so filter out the messages for the one that...
