You're right, signal seems very weak! Weird, because the tablet was in the cockpit and I was on open sea and the tablet should see gps AND glonass birds while the old Lowrance sees only GPS. I'll...

I have a 2016 model Samsung Tab A (T585 version) and both SOG/COG are shown right. In the last season I got signal problems...

I'll try flight mode, maybe the gsm location was the problem (last year I didn't have a SIM in the tablet)

On my last trip I run into serious gps accuracy problems/dropouts when using opencpn on a galaxy tab A. Meanwhile my Lowrance plotter worked like charm...
