Exactly, last time I checked pt charges tri's the commercial yard rate so I'd be surprised if colony wharf (bellingham) isn't close to 1/2 the price of pt monthly.

this Wild 40ft cat actually does have 2 rudders one is just not installed. I've seen a single center rudder on some 60s beach type cats (didn't work that well) and maybe one or two older 20ish ft...

I can buy into only a single daggerboard, probably less than 1% of the time when that becomes much of a consideration.
