Sometimes they're better off stripped and made into reefs. I've got boats like that anchored all around me.

And to be fair, it only needed that much $ dumped into it if it was taking off on a multi-year circumnavigation. Coastal cruising, even between (relatively civilized countries) could make it...

Sorry I wasn't clear. When I called this morning the broker was clear that it needed quite a bit of work. He said something to the tune of "all the systems need work."

$70K was the number...

She is currently under contract. According to the broker in FL, FL I spoke with right before the post. He has my information if they back out, but he was a bit dismissive - which leads me to...

Just a note - she's under contract and turned out to be a project.

As soon as the broker and I started speaking he said "She's a little rough around the edges." Which is fine for a boat this...
