I've heard of it but not used it. It is tannin based product and it is cathodic inhibitor while phosphoric acid is an anodic inhibitor.
It seems to have good following.

Most common home rust treatments are slight variations of phosphoric acid (AKA Orthophosphoric acid). Bunnings sells "Rust Convertor" (phosphoric acid). There are other brands. In larger quantities...
