There are over 400k visitor visa’s that have been extended to late September.
The cruisers are a very small percentage of that.

Numerous boats stop at Minerva every year without ever even contacting Tonga before hand and then continue on to other countries. Never been an issue.

I use a fanless pc connected to a Vei marine monitor, sunlight readable waterproof. Bought the monitor used, near new shape for about $300....

I my old boat I set the Lavics up with fresh water flush.
Used a small Dedicated tank that auto refilled and y valves to switch back to sea water. Worked very well.
Lavics do not use pressure water.
