We had many problems with our Axiom 12 during our trip from Texas to Panama. Raymarine support suggested we throw the unit away (out of warranty) and buy a new one. Seriously.

You are going to have to trouble shoot this to find out where the blockage is. Could be as simple as a jellyfish on the intake. Or a pump that's not primed/priming.
