We had this fabricated up out of 1 inch stainless and so-far (5 yr) has performed great. Our system is a gravity one, and the tank vent has a short run from just under the deck.

Just had all new rigging for 40' cutter, at riggingonly.com . Had swaged toggles on the top and sta-lok lowers.
(11 wires in all ) total for 3/8 wire , all swages & all sta-loks came to
$3700 ....

We carry S140 Spade (66lb) on our 19 ton cutter its our only bower :thumb: and we sleep soundly every night.
