Autohelm 4000 drum causes wheel turning difficulty

Hi there,
Ever since I replaced the belt on my autohelm 4000, I've got difficulties steering the boat. Even when I push the lever on the drum all the way back things still get stuck inside the drum....

Hammock swinging

Does anyone know how to stop a hammock from swinging. I've attached mine to furler and mast. However, whilst on anchor I still swing violently. Will swivels help?

Thanks for the info. Haven't been back to boat yet but was thinking to use the topping lift halyard instead of the main halyard. Would this work or is that out of line with mast track?

Thank you for your advice. Managed to pick one up from an engine rewind shop. However the cog has a smaller diameter. Consequently, replaced it with old one however the shaft is slightly narrower....

My autohelm st4000 drive motor got wet and stopped working. Not sure whether it can be fixed (rewound) but if anyone got a spare one I'd love to hear from you. Thanks!
