my house is 100 yards from the sea. but when i am there (dubrovnik) i am living on the boat (most of the time) which is moored 100 yards (only for the locals) from my house. of course i am going in...

i agree with you 100%. i wrote earlyer how i would burn my boat and never set my foot on the beach let alone on the boat, if i am or should become "shoestring" cruiser, they burned me on the stake.

no, there is no any anchoring spots around dubrovnik, it is to open.no sheltered waters. and to deep. there is furter north, couple of miles, near by islands but in dubrovnik there is none. apart...
