rebedding toe rails was another nightmare job... Good luck. I am greatful I got mine back on in as good condition as before taking them off. I used lifeboat one part polysulfide... and am not sure...

that was another project i did more recently......

that was another project i did more recently... rebedding the toerails. I never rebedded the stemhead fitting... maybe I should have removed it... or at least changed out the fasteners.

Yes... i did drill though the original chain plate... i can't believe I made it through five times... I do think I hit at least one fastener but not dead on... i just didn't get a straight hole. ...
