Have you looked up Natures Head and other makers of composting toilets?
I would think they would have specs and instructions.

20 hours a week for a charter boat air conditioning doesn't sound bad at all. In the Florida summer AC is on 24/7.

Entering Brazil from Venezuela everyone without a card was inoculated. We were not allowed in for I think a week after.
I would imagine you would be required to get a shot before actually entering...

Install another light just above the cabin on mast.Mast light
really looks like a star.Some of the yahoos travelling in their fast boats on GPS at night will not see you until its too late.

We used a large rat trap on boat for a large rat. Worked well.
Used poison at home. Rat dragged itself from behind the appliance where we had placed poison and died in the middle of the kitchen...

How much diesel fuel will you be using? You sailboaters have such fuel efficient engines I didn't think price differences would be that problematic.
