Thank you for that information. I have seen the Sailtime advertised before. That is called fractional ownership if I am correct. I will look into that. It seems to be a good place to start.

WOW!! Where do you live and where are your properties? I have only had one bad tenant after 5 years with 4 houses. I guess some do have bad instances but yours sound really bad!!

I would keep the rentals and rent out your house. I am an investor also and I would use my rentals to keep the "cash flow" coming in. Great way to have cash on hand to really enjoy the...

Man you are living my dream. I am not a boat owner yet but I will be in a position in the next year or two to purchase my sailboat. Doing all my preliminary work now.
