I think it would still be much the same today. We have our moments but we seem to recover from them.
We do have our photos on our drivers licences now. Still very friendly, and we are on show this...

Speaking to the marina custodian, it looks like a false alarm. Amokura O Raukawa is only 9.2 metres, so that is less than 30', whereas the Raukawa was 40'.
Still no pictures or photos or phone calls...
