1. If the boat had space for a large solar array, large lithium bank, and it had a generator installed; I would go for electric propulsion. Obviously, depends on the type of use and location.

I use ebay for many things (both buying and selling). You need to be cautious, apply some common sense, and avoid emotional buying (bidding). If that is done, ebay is a great source.
