Did it once on my 45 sail catamaran. Horrible on the boat and crew. Christmas winds 30knts on the nose steady all the time. After that used I 65 route. Much easier and enjoyable for crew and boat.

If you have any copper ferrule fittings they are a prime candidate for leaks and air intake. Replaced all ferrules in fuel system with proper hose fittings. Chased it for a month. 10 minute fix!

The keels on leopard 45's are sacrificial and should not be used to support the vessel. Poppits at stern, engine room/stateroom bulkhead, fwd stateroom bulkhead and bow. Make sure stern one clears...

Furlex roller furler. Good or bad?
