Yes, agree - if you are a Georgia resident and/or have a Georgia saltwater fishing license, you could claim you were fishing while anchored.

I don't believe there is such an exemption for state residents. The definition of "Liveaboard" is imprecise:

I've not had any direct dialogue with GA DNR at this point, but their designation of what constitutes an approved shellfish area seems over zealous...

The anchoring nightmare is over! HB833, written to replace the draconian HB201, was overwhelmingly passed by both chambers of the GA General Assembly and signed into law by Governor Kemp....

Please know that while the bill has passed in the Senate, the Governor has not yet signed and the current law based on HB201 still prevails. That said, hopefully word is getting out on HB833...

Note Seamark only has a 5 yr warranty. Regular Sunbrella 10yr. I’ve been told the trapped moisture lessens life of fabric. Sunbrella honored the warranty on my 9 yr old canvas.
