I guess you have the "tides and currents" box checked in chart panel options, bottom right on screen. That happened to me one time...
Also, make sure you have the dataset in the right directory....

I can not get the tides on opencpn to display. The Harmonic.IDX file is in the Tides and Currents directory but nothing happens when I select it. No options for tides in the plugins. Anyone?
