Thanks makes sense..I guess as per the other comment any water trying to get in would be pushing against the air in the tank..book purchased! I can't say I won't be nervous drilling a 3...

Hi Thanks for the quick response...just to be clear you have a mushroom vent below the rail? I would be worried it would catch on something but I guess it doesn't stick out far and if you hit that...

Window/port hatch clamps siezed

Hi not sure if anyone has any ideas on this- I have goiot hatches/windows/portlights. They are in ok condition but in some of them one or both of the threaded clamps are siezed and can't be...
