We followed your advice and sailed over to Shipwreck Bay, arriving before 8 am and had a hour with no one else on the beach except a couple of kayakers who had camped...

Also confirming Greece costs: Arrived today from Turkey, June 22, 2015. 12.4 meter sailboat. Cruising Log was 30 Euro and Port Police fee was 15 Euro. Good for 6 months.

I used Navionics from Panama across to Fiji and New Zealand and found them to be very accurate almost everywhere. I also have an iPad as a backup and since it's so cheap i also have CMap charts on...

Is it possible to list for sale a non-VAT paid, USA flagged boat in the EU? I understand that there are yacht brokers in the UK who can operate as "Bonded warehouse" and have a boat for sale VAT...

My understanding is that they will allow you to make a stop or two before checking in if you notify them in advance.

We are staying in a marina near Istanbul, West Istanbul Marina and it is a little less than 30 euros a day. 6 month winter storage is 2000 euro.
