Thanks Curtis , I double checked with someone who did immigration 2 weeks ago in Obaldia , so they are open for stamping the passport , cruising permits still have to get them in Linton Bay !

When I meant free days , are days of slack to remain in the country after you get the Zarpe.

For example in Belize , you get a Zarpe and legally you have to exit their waters...

I suggest you travel down to Rio Dulce in Guatemala, there are many sailboats to buy and some good bargains to fix. It is a beautiful area , you will not get bored , guaranteed !
