Navionics Belize Missing Detail

Just did an upgrade of Navionics and all the detail north of 17°N is missing,. Anyone else seen this problem? We've contacted Navionics but they're being slow to respond.

Nothing went wrong, but no-one seemed to know the entire process and unless we asked we weren't told, problem was it was our first boat purchase so we didn't known what to ask or who's advice was...
