Agree fully that 7kts is pretty fast for small cruising boats but it only takes a sponge or soft cloth to wipe the slime off (or so I'm told).



Anyway, I will see how it goes if I can get it...

Renolit and luxwrap are two that have been mentioned and found with quick internet search.

Think they are silicon based but actually vinyl.

I was thinking of it for use on a tender when cruising. Thinking of not needing petrol (economics and environment). Don't really need to go far or fast. Mostly to get ashore and back.
