I don't use an anchor alarm... I have Maxsea Timezero on my laptop, and run that for a few hours when I anchor. It gives me a good reference against drag.. I turn the laptop on...

Absolutely correct.... We have the OM350 and have had a few incidents where it was too dangerous to launch it.

Also for the FCT, make sure your lift points are at or above the centre of gravity...

1) 20 hp may be a bit light for a 360. We have the 350 with the Suzuki 20 and wish it was the 30... You can get it up to speed with the 20, but will likely be at full...

That awning is very nice... Did you sew pockets into it for rods to provide structure? Does the side awnings block the walkway to the bow? Did you do this yourself?

Thanks, will give it a try... The salon windows on mine open inwards instead of outwards like yours, and the bulk of the rain flows down the starboard window. It's a shame they didn't...

I would not get the Lagoon sprit.... You can get a Forespar or other manufactured sprit for about the same money and they will be much stronger... Here is my sprit, look at the stock Lagoon...
