Lagoon 400 dinghy max legth

Hi,

Lagoon says max length for a dinghy should be 3,40m. Anybody using a 3,9m dinghy on a lagoon 400 ? Any advice, could I use ,somehow a 3,9 m rib ?

it s not about reselling, I d just like to use it for diving tours, for some 20 M a day.
