I can see this a good working option. Flexible panels sewn into the sail like battens, or a zippered pouch sewn on the sail to slide in the panels.

So it looks like a road trip is in the making. 10 hour ride on the harley should just about do it, unless I take to the skinny backroads, then a 2 day trip on some pretty damn good twisties.

I use a ratchet strap around the middle of my dink and snug it to the push pit rail. Its not perfect, but it better than anything else I have tried.

While in theory it does sound good, but if a person has not taken the time, effort and energy to aquire a sailing vessel "by the sweat of ones brow" I do not feel they are deserving of being gifted...

always something needs to be done on a boat. i do a project a day. also, i spend alot of time cleaning something. the shop vac and generator has made that easier. i spend the evening hours...
