Actually, the message said "the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows that you are running. Ck your computer's system info to see if you need an 86 (x32 Bit) or 64 (x64...

I attempted to download v3.2.2 on my laptop (Win7 64bit) but was unsuccessful. Message said "incompatible with operating system". Strange, since I am currently using v 3.1.1319 on the same machine...
