I've had great luck with my SeaBright RIB so far. It's only been a year but it has held up well. Time will tell...

They are near Halifax NS but I think they ship.

For a similar sized boat, in a lake, I used a 4x4x2 concrete block with 1/2" bottom chain and 3/8" top chain.
