Re: Urgent help needed to recover abandoned yacht NW Barbados
After re-reading the article, I see the Daily Mail has edited that part about the boat ownership. Sorry, but maybe he can clear it up for us.

Re: Columbia cruising - security issues?
A lot of boats coming and going everyday with no problems, but of course sh#t happens on occasion.

Adam, I'm with you on this, but I think you're making it too complicated.
I saw things going south about 15 years ago, although I knew about the 2018 currency reset back in 1988, so 15 years ago I...

Re: Am I being unreasonable concerning handover of new 450S
Without knowing what the contract says, I think it's hard to tell if the company is acting in a sub-standard way.

Re: Am I being unreasonable concerning handover of new 450S
Does the OP's boat come with the exact same new boat warranty that other Lagoons receive,........that are 'new'? If not, then it's not a new boat.

Re: Am I being unreasonable concerning handover of new 450S
He states in his OP that it was shown at the Singapore Boat Show. It sat 4 or 5 months in the water, probably waiting for a buyer, and I guess this is when it was struck by lightening. He says...

Never use the word 'bribe' when dealing with cops or officials in most likely, third world countries. Ask them, "what is the fine for what i've done, and can I pay it now?"
