To be true full they are very easy to service once done a few times.
I normally try and take all apart about 2 yrs just to check and clean if needed oil bits as needed, bit of grease etc as directed...

Your right an electrical horse power is exactly 746 watts not a 1000
don't get confused about Kilowatts and KVA
KVA is resistive load only
Air Cons are inductive

Honda's have special paralleling socket setup so no problem there but seems a waste running two???

We have 18000 model with a honda 2000 everything else on the 240 volt off, works well.
does labour a little at initial start up but still has done it now for 6 yrs and still going.

Yes same on ours with new Viltron 100/50 reg seems to work well when sun out,
was interesting to see someone actually take the time to do a video about this.

Just a small note in Australia a replacement water pump assembly costs just under $1000.

as the Viltron 100/50 can take up to 100 volts will try next trip out in series to see the difference at 48 volts I have wired the plugs close so testing is a simple process to try...

This is the output from our setup on a Seawind 1160 cat 12 volt batteries (3 x 200 amp AGM)
Replaced the 2 x 125watt 12 volt panels with 2 x 250watt 24 volt and new Victron 100/50 regulator...
