the problem is finding an extrusion like the one you have along with an inner sleeve if you install an inner sleeve between the two sections it will make it super strong and can be held together...

I have repaired several of these boats after grounding. the keel must come off there is no way to tell the extent of delamination unless the keel boats are...

split the shore power line just behind the outlet. current direct to the inverter charger with an in line 30 amp circuit breaker
so the systems are isolated from each other and the inverter charger...

I would at the least have all the injectors sent out and blow down test the rest of the cylinders is this a V or a straight block?...

the entire interior of THAT boat is built like a separate hull so it will all move around if it is properly bound to the interior of the hull.


most boats use tab bonding of the interior joinery...

the only way it can be straighten in place is to heat it up before you try to make it straight otherwise if you try cold straightening it will break.
if you heat it too much it will melt the FRP....

glass bead the hull to bare glass and epoxy fill the deep spots, 6 mils of barrier coat then paint seldom are blisters structural

its gonna cost you about 4 to 6 K to straighten thing out
