Looks like it's just thrust washers and clutch plate packs. The bearing kits are really expensive, and I'm not sure why. Does anyone know if these are made just for Hurth/ZF? Usually they are stamped...

I will check that, but doubt this is the issue. Until this weekend, if the gearbox is warm, there is no issues at all. When cold,it can take a full 30 seconds to kick in. Warm it shifts right away.
