Yes, I will be sure to get a survey done on anything I decide to buy. This is actually the first boat I "ever" go to see, so I am really learning from what i saw, and from all the great comments here...

The boat is in Canada, in Ontario. Spend its life in fresh water. The man that had it (single owner) died, i The Family donated it to a club... So I thinks thats why its such a mess.

I was told the stove was alcohol, but I was not sure how to verify that. With the exception of the mast post housing that look relatively new, all else's looked pretty stock. I did see they painted...

Its a lead keel, apparently it is normal that there is a line there... Really i dont know. The Initial asking was 17,900, now its down to 15,900.
