I don't know how 'cruisable' they are, but if you're looking for something comfy in the 20' ft range, the Sirius 21' sounds sort of like what you're looking for.

They're not wrong about them being flimsy... I've fixed a few and I'm always blown away by the shoddy work and how little goes into them. That being said, people have crossed the Atlantic on a raft....
