Re: Mexican Navy vaccinated us

I started this thread to state how pleased I was getting vaccinated with little effort and cost. It sure turned into quite the show. Not my intention at all.

Still masking up...

Re: Anyone not using Honda portable generator?

Every bolt and screw rusted out in two years. Warantee guy said it was because it was left outside therefore no warranty coverage. I just left it in the shop and walked away from it. I could have...

Re: What was/is your bug out number?

Me, at 55, the wife was 46. Had two small pensions and with both combined, still under the Canadian poverty line. Solution? Leave North America behind. I am now just shy of 60.

Re: Anyone not using Honda portable generator?

My two cents; if you don't use a Honda, just buy a cheap throwaway from Harbor Freight, or Princess Auto, generator. I bought a Generac:(

A friend has a new Honda for me and as he sails from...

Re: Engine hose

I thought that through, the longest run is 11" with the built in Bend. From the strainer to the raw water pump it is 7", also with a bend.

You are right that a longer run has the strong...

Re: CANADIAN COVID-19 NEWS

Your post gave me a mild heart attack as a full time cruiser! Lol. The ban for pleasure craft is for Arctic waters. Whew!

I needed some decent hoses to fit between my sea cock and the raw water strainer then another short hose from the strainer to the raw water pump.

I went to one of these car places and looked over...

Re: Hydrogen 15x more power dense than diesel?

Re: Month 52 Expenses of Cruising and Living on the Boat

Retired at 55 with two small pensions, and I mean small.

Been debt free for 10 years now and cut up all tempting credit cards....
