I really think that would be a hassle and cost WAY more than what its costing now. Then I'd be stuck with a trailer that would be hard to sell.

To The OP....Buy a boat(30+') that doesn't leak, has a reliable motor(inboard diesel), has decent sails, standing rigging, lines and sheets, working(manual and auto) bilge...
