It’s my understanding that you become tax resident in Greece after 6 months which makes the boat VAT payable and no longer eligible for a transit log.

Make sure you read the fine print on anything you buy. We had DAN travel insurance and had a claim denied because we were on an “open ended” trip. Basically we bought a one way air ticket to start...
