also make sure the city gives a permit or approval for the effort along with any parking passes and relief from citations...

i would also reccomend contacting the local bars and restaurants to get them to 'sponsor' the effort.... they can get their name on the flyers for donating money, or food/drinks???

if your measurments confirm you have correct flow thru the pump then I would move onto other possible issues...

is the riser clogged? that is the most likly cause of over heating... on a raw...

depends on how tall said person is, but generally a 6' person can see 5 miles or more to the horizon..
