TracVision M7 Coverage
 

I have the KVH TracVisionM7 on boat in St. Lucia using this for Direct TV. We recently lost coverage. I'm thinking the LNB needs to be replaced which is difficult finding a qualified technician in these parts, much less that component. But not sure if that's the problem or are we outside the KVH M7 fingerprint. Anyone familiar with this?
