Longitude reversal ST50 NMEA output

:banghead:Hi,

currently trying to get Open CPN to recognise the NMEA output from a raymarine ST50 system. Using an RS232 9-pin to serial USB adaptor because laptor has no RS232 socket. Everything is fine except that the laptop reads out W longitude when raymarine display is E - number are are the same. So instead of being in Lowestoft the Open CPN puts me in Dudley. Everything on the raymarine/boat side is fine.

Any ideas? Anyone come across this?

Thanks

Seathy
