Cat Suggestions Similar to Lagoon 440, Please

Lagoon 450 - love it, but to pricey for me.

Lagoon 440 - love it. Not 100% happy with the fly-bridge on long passages, but love the concept.

But what we (wife and I) like the most is having shaded seating and full sun seating, not in the form of the fly-bridge but with the forward deck seating area in front of the saloon.

Are there any older model Cats (late 1990's early 2000) that have hard bimini and forward seating area (other than the tramps).
