I'm not familiar with those waters but that jetty didn't look too submerged to me. Nevertheless, I'm glad no one was hurt.

In Everett, we also have a submerged jetty at high tide. The power boaters luv to cut between the buoy and the main section and some sailboaters will follow. It's a common event for the ignorant to nail their keel. |
