I just wanted to say Hi , I live in Cambridge but travel to the western shore by boat and car fairly often. I sailed quite a bit in the past and was thinking of buying another boat and head south in the future , I have found a wealth of knowledge here and may be able help having been around boats most of my life. :wink:

Cambridge MD is a favorite Chesapeake stop over for us. We like to walk the town and sample the restaurants. Looking forward to when we can do that again.

I have met cruisers from all over the world there , there are some nice spots on the river and in "town", it must be in a cruiser's guide somewhere , we hope to see you when you come back around:smile:

I enjoy Cambridge as well.

Was given a casual private tour of your boatyard/museum there by a gentleman after finishing his day restoring an old boat.

Lot of room to walk.

My Mom grew up on Hoopers Island. It's a fantastic place to visit.
