Newbie here, new to sailing. New to the Site.
Based out of Trenton Ontario!
Just bought a 1965 36 foot C&C invader!
going to sail it from Pickering to Trenton over the next few weeks.

Afternoon all. New to the site but not to boats.. Currently have a 26ft cabin cruiser but Wife and I have been discussing our retirement in about 10 years and have always talked about retiring on a boat. We’ve or I’ve done some research but just really getting into it now and thought this may be a good place for advice... To broad a question for everything but definitely welcome any invite or direction on where to look for info.. We’ve pretty much decided on a power boat in the 40 ft range preferably aft cabin. Mainly live aboard but plan to take a couple trips a year or maybe even spend winters down in the islands.. we live in SC now.. Some of the things I’m looking for is what’s best for fuel economy maintenance etc.. I know there will be trade offs for everything but I’ve got 7 or 8 years to figure all this out! Thanks in advance for any on-site!
