Dinghy title in foreign country
 

I have a small zodiac dingy. the PO did not title the dingy. only the fist owner and I can't seem to get hold of him, all I have is a purchase agreement from the guy I bought it from and was told that it had never been titled. if I go to Mexico or farther south do I need a title for the dingy to enter a country or can I go with my boat info??
